Yes, you must be a registered rewards member to participate in Yoshinoya Rewards.

All Yoshinoya locations except for one location, Yoshinoya UCSB, participate in the Yoshinoya Rewards Program. All participating stores are listed under the Locations tab in the Yoshinoya app and online ordering site.

Yes, everyone 13 years or older can be a rewards member.

You are not required to join Yoshinoya Rewards via your Facebook account. You can also sign up with your email and create an account.

The only information we will have access to is your public information and the email address associated with your Facebook account.

No, this rewards program is completely free to you. It's our way of saying thank you for being a loyal guest.

This is needed to locate the closest Yoshinoya.


If you order online or through the Yoshinoya app, while logged into your rewards account, you will automatically receive 5points for every $1 spent pre-tax from that purchase.

1. If you are making a purchase in a restaurant, simply open your app, tap your name at the top, and then scan the QR code at the register.
2. If you ordered online and are logged into your rewards account, your points will automatically be added to your account.

You can check your account balance by opening the app to the "Rewards" tab to see your current total.

Yes. All points will expire 90 days (3 months) after they are issued on the date your order is registered. Orders are registered by ordering online or though the app while signed into your account, or by scanning your app’s QR code at the register while ordering at a Yoshinoya location. For offers (such as Free Gyoza), the terms and conditions listed on your specific rewards show their expiration dates.

If you made a purchase within 24 hours of enrollment you can get the points for that purchase. Any purchases more than 24 hours before enrollment are not eligible.

To refer a friend, please share your invitation code with them to enter when they download the Yoshinoya App. You can find this code by going into your User Profile under "Invite Friends." After they make a purchase with their Yoshinoya account, we'll give you 10 points. Hooray!


Rewards can be redeemed at participating Yoshinoya Restaurants, on the app, or online.

1. Open the app and tap the “Offers” tab.
2. Select the offer you would like to use and click "Redeem." You can tap “Use at cash register” to scan when ordering in-store.
3. If you're placing an order through the app or online, tap “Use in mobile app” and your offer will be applied at checkout once qualifying conditions are met.

If you received or earned a reward, you will receive a push notification through the app and/or an email, depending on what you have subscribed to. You will also see the reward appear in the "Offers" section of the mobile app.

Yes! You will receive a special offer from all of us at Yoshinoya on your birthday. Birthday rewards are automatically issued to guests on their birthday if they have also inputted their birthday date in their profile. Please make sure to update your birthday information in your profile to receive this offer. If you have followed all of the steps above and still have not received your birthday offer, please contact us at: customerservice@yoshinoyaamerica.com

If you joined Yoshinoya Rewards during your birthday month, you will still receive your reward.

Unfortunately, we are unable to credit any unused rewards.


Each guest can only have one Yoshinoya Rewards account. If Yoshinoya discovers abuse of the program by our fraud prevention mechanisms, Yoshinoya reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts and is not responsible for rewards or points pertaining to the suspended or deleted accounts.
